Quit Spying On Me!!!

I read an editorial in the Los Angeles Times that explains that police all over the country are tracking people through their cell phones without getting warrants and without people knowing.  Apparently, cell phone companies are selling our phone data to police and it's in our user agreements that they can do this.  I agree with the author:  this practice violates are basic rights to privacy and it should be illegal for police to access my location or private phone calls and texts without my knowledge.
